Jenn’s real estate journey started out in property management and being a licensed agent and quickly evolved to purchasing her own investment portfolio and renovating properties.
Before founding The Home Navigators, Jenn founded Impact LLC, a family venture dedicated to fix and flip properties and rental properties ranging from Virginia to Pennsylvania.
When Jenn takes a break from managing property renovations, she enjoys crabbing at her home on the Chesapeake Bay, gardening, playing with her 2 German Shepherds, and gourmet cooking for her family.
Lisa brings a wealth of experience to The Home Navigators, having been a real estate agent and transaction coordinator in Florida, North Carolina, and currently in Virginia. She started as a leasing agent and property manager and has migrated over to investment real estate transactions with creative financing.
Lisa also founded Saffire Funds, which offers a range of REI funding solutions. These solutions cater to both investors seeking double-digit returns and real estate buyers in need of funds.
When Lisa isn’t busy assisting investors, she finds joy in hiking, camping, and boating. She also loves beach days and cherishes quality time with her two children.
